Delivery of products

Products will be delivered to the address stated at the time you order.  Once the products have been delivered, they are your responsibility. If the products are damaged upon arrival please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the products.  You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products.  To cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible, and then we will advise on the next steps to take.  Products you return to us are done so at your own cost.

 

Return policy

Products returned to us will be examined on receipt, after which we will notify you of whether you are entitled to a refund. We will refund you using the same method you originally used to pay for your items. We will process the refund within 30 days of the day we received your returned products.  Faulty products will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending the item to you and by you returning to us.  If you are returning the goods to us under the "right to cancel" policy stated above, we will not refund your delivery costs.

 

Defective products

If no defect is found we reserve the right to charge for return carriage.
